Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you
purchased online from MoBuFabUSA:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from MoBuFabUSA can be
  returned to MoBUFabUSA.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged in its original
  packaging and documentation that was included when you received it.
• The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and getting the item
  to a return shipping courier/shipper.
• A 20% return fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.
  

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

• Items that have been used and showing signs of damage include, scratches,
  dings, dents or marks.
• Any items that were made to order with custom colors, wording, shapes or any
  unique designs.
